Product Description:	Bondor® Purline® sets the standard for low-cost insulated roofing. Purline® has a pre-painted COLORBOND® Steel exterior, a polyurethane (PUR) core and a bright white vinyl underside. Bondor® Purline® cuts costs with its wide cover, faster installation times and ease of handling. Purline® saves energy for heating, cooling and lighting, reduces noise and eliminates condensation between insulation and roof sheet. The textured vinyl underside simply hoses clean.

Bondor® Purline® cuts costs with its wide cover, faster installation times and ease of handling in all weather conditions. Purline® saves energy for heating, cooling and lighting, reduces noise and eliminates condensation between insulation and roof sheet. The vinyl underside simply hoses clean.

Length:	Supplied to suit application. Limited by handling, transport & design considerations.
Steel Thickness	0.42mm
External/ Internal Facings	0.42mm CRP grade COLORBOND® pre-painted galvanised steel, off white 25% gloss standard). Internal Facings use a white vinyl underside.
Colours (top skin)	Surfmist®, Paperbark®, Pale Eucalypt®, Classic Cream®, Zinc
Core:	Polyisocyanurate (PIR) or Polyurethane (PUR) *Speak with your local sales representative for available types of cores
Pitch	A pitch of 3 deg minimum 1:20 is recommended for roofs
Fixings	14g HiTeks (or equivalent) for fixing to steel.

Maximum Permissible Spans (mm) Note: The table below applies to small builds - up to small factory units in size. A local pressure factor of 2 and an internal pressure co-efficient of +0.2 has been used. Screw fix every rib.
