Product Description:

 BondorPanel® is a self-supporting building panel used to clad buildings and enclosures. It is especially recommended for cold storage, cool to ambient food handling projects with temperature and atmosphere control. BondorPanel® combines versatility with economy and dependability. BondorPanel® is made to measure, then assembled on-site. Easy handling and quick, simple installation keep construction time to a minimum.

Applications:

 Industrial & Commercial Cold Storage, Chillers, Freezers, Chill Tunnels, Load Outs, Blast & Plate Freezers, Abattoirs, Walls, Ceilings & Partitions.

Thickness:

 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm

Cores:

 EPS (Expanded Polystyrene)

Colours:

Product Description

BondorPanel® is a lightweight structural panel made with an insulating EPS core and strong COLORBOND® facings. BondorPanel come in a range of skin thickness and EPS core types with 0.6/0.6 and SL grade as standard.

Length

 Supplied to suit application. Limited by handling, transport & design considerations.

Steel Thickness

 0.6, 0.5 and 0.4mm
Check with your local sales representative for available steel thicknesses.

External/ Internal Facings

 CRP grade COLORBOND® pre-painted galvanized steel, off white 25% gloss as standard.

    1. Allowable wind pressure is in accordance with AS 1170.2 for permissible stress analysis.
    2. Factor of safety = 1.8 on ultimate

    NOTES:
    (Relating to Internal Cold Storage Rooms)

    1. Panel thickness of not less than 75mm are recommended for chillers and not less than 150mm are recommended for freezers, depending on structural considerations.
    2. The above table applies for cold storage rooms constructed wholly within a larger enclosed building. Pressure relief porting is to be provided for freezer in accordance with Bondor® recommendations.
    3. The spans for BondorPanel® ceilings and supporting walls include allowance only for light duty fixtures (lights etc <= 10kg/m²) and provision for light duty maintenance traffic. Refer to Bondor® for advice. Engineering assessment is required for structural connections and for other building details.
